| In order to secure your reservation: |
� 50% Deposit required to book/ 50% balance due 60 days prior to arrival.
� $180 Check out cleaning fee and a $250 local property management fee required at time of booking
� $1000 Refundable Security Deposit is due 10 days prior to arrival for damages/incidentals - credit card OK
� Reservation is considered, confirmed upon receipt of funds and signed lease
� Checks should be made out to Raco Holdings LLC and sent to the following address:

Terms:
� Rental rates include cooks and daily maid service
� There are no hidden costs.
� Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.
� All stays require a two night minimum
� Check in time is 3pm check out time is 11am
� Rates are for up to 10 people
� Rental rates include all utilities

Example:
� 3 night stay during May 1st 2009 to May 4th 2009
� 3 nights rent x $1200.00 = $3,600
� $180.00 Cleaning Fee
� $250.00 Local Management Fee
